Essential coming to Midnight Milkers was a stroke of luck made possible by bad decision enablement, a perfectly timed Facebook post, and just a dash of crazy. She needed to be moved to a new home quickly as she freshened with a bad attitude and was hard to catch and milk. After inquiring about her late on a Tuesday, by Wednesday afternoon Kaylee was on a flight to Cheshire Oregon and drove a rental car straight back to Utah to work by Thursday morning! A memorable goat journey by any estimation.

Once here, "Essie" set right to work showing us just how different Saanens are than Nubians and made sure to show us how much she wants to please. She's quickly captured our hearts and has gotten over her bad attitude and is one of the sweetest does in the pasture. We look forward to working with her and her bonus daughter who made the trip with her for years to come!
