​Satoru is a highly anticipated buckling to have in our herd, we have long admired the Sonset daughters and are so excited to have a son working in the herd! Gojo was the result of our IVF flush in 2025 and we were delighted when he came with not one, but two pretty sisters! We are looking forward to seeing MDNT Sonset's Shoko and MDNT Sonset's Kugisake in the ring in addition to Satoru's first group of kids.

Satoru's dam is one of our most promising young does, she freshened with a gorgeous mammary system in 2025 and went on to finish her championship early in the year as a 2 year old first freshener! Velvet excels in general appearance in addition to her mammary system and has been praised by judges as being "Deliciously Dairy". She has been one of our most competitive does on the show string which isn't surprising when looking at her lineage! Her dam Valentina is an absolute powerhouse of a doe, carrying tremendous depth and strength and a capacious, correct and productive mammary system. Velvet's sire is none other than SGCH +*B My Enchanted Acres LM Candyman EX91 who really needs no introduction... He has sired a number of National champions, been multiple time Premier sire AND won 1st place Junior and Senior Get of sires. There aren't many bucks as influential as him in the breed!

Satoru's sire is the well known SGCH++*B Copper Hill Breakaway's Sonset. We were lucky enough to get our hands on him and just knew Velvet would be a perfect match for him! He has sired notable does such as GCH My Enchanted Acres Molly Brown 7*M EX90 (Dam to the SG My Enchanted Acres RNBOSkitles, the 2015 ADGA JR Reserve National Champion and Dam to Candyman), GCH Urban Acres Cistalia 7*M EX90 (3rd Place 5&6 year old 2017 Nat'l Show), DKGH Sonset Roselyn (2021 Nat'l show 5th place 2 year old w/ 3rd mammary) and more fancy daughters!

We are very excited to see what the cross of Candyman to Sonset produces and we will be waiting with bated breath for his first kids to join the herd... We have a good feeling about this one!
